Beer, tears and roses- Our last night in Oaxaca
Our last night in Oaxaca as a group was a very emotional one. We our final papers due at 5pm, and most of us, including yours truly, were rushing to get it done. It was a lot of work!
UCD Chicano/a Studies program has teamed up with Child Family Health International to offer students the opportunity to learn about bi-national health issues between the United States of America and Mexico through a unique service-learning program. Program includes medical Spanish courses, cultural excursions and clincal rotations as well as UCD courses taught by UCD professors on site in Oaxaca, Mexico.
